Thanksgiving this year was at Chris' parents house. We are fortunate enough that my side of the family and Chris' side of the family all come together for 1 Thanksgiving dinner. Less stress for everyone, and who can really eat 2 Thanksgiving dinners? Here are a few pics from the festivities. I was chasing jonathan around the house most of the night, so only a few pics.

Thankful
Happy Thanksgiving!
Today i asked Kelsey what she is thankful for on "happy thanks" day. That is what they call it on Winnie the Pooh, so of course, that is what she calls it. Kids are so simple, i love the way they think. She told me that at this moment "i am thankful for my pink ballet slippers". I then told her that i was thankful for her and her brother, their daddy, our family, our health, and our happiness. Aaaaawww, that too, She said.
So in honor of thinking simple, uncomplicated thoughts, and loving something so much you never want to take them off, here is a pic of the famous ballet slippers.

Founders Day Parade
Kelsey was in the founders day parade with her playschool! The theme this year was Circus, so the class all dressed up like elephants. It was so cute! The parade this year was soooo long. I heard a rumor that there were over 400 entries for participants. Whoa!!

Halloween fell on a school day this year for Kelsey, so she got to dress up at school! Their was a party and a parade, then we went home to get ready for the trick o treaters and off to the CBC halloween carnival, and then back home for trick or treating. It was a busy busy day.
